The Male Room Cgallenge #95 – The Great Outdoors

Hello there!

Today I am sharing a card created for The Great Outdoors challenge at The Male Room.

Here is my creation…

  1. Create an A2 card base from white card stock.
  2. Trim a piece of white card stock to A2 card size. Apply mermaid lagoon, salty ocean and tumble glass distress oxide inks with mini ink blending tools.
  3. Trim another piece of white card stock to A2 card size. Die cut slope and sliding channel.
  4. Stamp, color and die cut the images.
  5. Layer and adhere all the pieces mentioned above to card base with double sided tape and foam tape.

CAS Colours & Sketches Challenge #291 – Sketch

Hello there!

Today I am sharing a card created for the new sketch challenge at CAS Colours & Sketches.

Our monthly hostess, Samantha, has come up with a fun sketch to inspire you. (tap the sketch figure below for the details)

Here is how I’ve used the sketch…

  1. Create an A2 card base from white card stock.
  2. Trim a piece of white card stock to A2 size.
    Die cut the peek-a-boo windows and the edge.
    Apply twisted citron, carved pumpkin and wilted violet distress inks on the negative pieces of the windows.
  3. Trim a piece of polka dots pattern paper to A2 size.
  4. Stamp, color and die cut the bats.
  5. Layer and adhere all the pieces mentioned above to card base with double sided tape.
  6. Adhere eerie eyes to the bats.

CAS Colours & Sketches Challenge #290 – Colours

Hello there!

Today I am sharing a card created for the new color challenge at CAS Colours & Sketches.

Our monthly hostess, Samantha, has come up with some spooky colors to inspire me. (tap the color combo figure below for the details)

Here is how I’ve used the colors…

  1. Create an A2 card base from white card stock.
  2. Die cut a wonky stitched rectangle from white card stock. Die cut an arch. Apply aged mahogany distress ink with mini blending tool on the negative piece of arch. Splash some white paint.
  3. Die cut grassy hill from black card stock.
  4. Stamp, color and die cut the images.
    Here are the Copics I’ve used.
    bat & cat: C7, C5, C3, C1.
    frog: YG17, YG25, YG03.
    pumpkins: YR16, YR04, Y17.
  5. Layer and adhere all the pieces to card base with double sided tape.

Cards In Envy – Feels Like Fall

Hello there!

Today I am sharing a card created for the Feels Like Fall challenge at Cards In Envy.

Here is my creation…

  1. Create an A2 card base from white card stock.
  2. Die cut a rectangle from white card stock as the front panel. Apply spiced marmalade & squeezed lemonade distress inks with mini ink blending tool for the background.
  3. Die cut the rolling hill from kraft paper and white card stock. Blend fossiled amber distress ink on the white one.
  4. Die cut a grassy hill from white card stock and blend mustard seed Distress ink.
  5. Die cut the trees from white card stock and blend distress inks on them.
  6. Stamp, color and die cut the images.
  7. Layer and adhere all the pieces mentioned above to card base with double sided tape and foam tape.

Today I am sharing a card created for the Geometric Challenge at The Male Room.

Here is my creation…

  1. Create an A2 card base from white card stock.
  2. Trim a piece of blue card stock to A2 card size. Stencil the geometric stars with squeezed lemonade distress oxide ink and glimmer paste.
  3. Trim a piece of white card stock to A2 card size. Die cut a stitched circle window.
  4. Stamp, color and die cut the astronaut.
  5. Layer and adhere all the pieces mentioned above to card base with double sided tape and foam tape.

  3. Die cut a wonky stitched rectangle from white card stock. Stencil the moon with mustard seed & carved pumpkin distress inks.
  4. Stamp, color and die cut the bat, clouds and stars.
  5. Layer and adhere all the pieces to card base with double sided tape.
  6. Adhere goodly eyes to the bat.

  2. Die cut a wonky stitched rectangle from white card stock. Die cut a circle window.
  3. Die cut starry circle from After Midnight card stock.
  4. Die cut a circle from silver sparkle card stock.
  5. Stamp, color and die cut the witch.
    Here are the Copics I’ve used:
    BV17, V17, V15; Y19, Y15, Y13; C9, C7, C5, C3, C1; E01, E00, E000; E37, E27, E25,E23.
  6. Layer and adhere all the pieces to card base with double sided tape.

Cards In Envy – The Fruits of Your Labor

Hello there!

Today I am sharing a card created for The Fruits of Your Labor challenge at Cards In Envy.

Here is my creation…

  1. Create an A2 card base from red card stock.
  2. Die cut a rectangle from white card stock as the front panel.
  3. Stamp the funny melon with gray ink on the front panel. Color with Copics G00, R20 & C3.
  4. Stamp another funny melon with black ink on white paper. Color with Copics R27, R24, R22, R21, G17, G16, G14 and 100. Die cut the image.
  5. Stamp the sentiment with Versa Mark on red card stock and white embossed. Die cut the sentiment strip.
  6. Layer and adhere all the pieces mentioned above to card base with double sided tape and foam tape.
  7. Decorate with some Nuvo Crystal drops.
