CAS Colours & Sketches Challenge #329 – Sketch

Hello there!

Today I am sharing a card created for the new sketch challenge at CAS Colours & Sketches.

Our monthly hostess, Karen, has come up with a wonderful sketch . (tap the sketch figure below for the details)

Here is my contribution to the DT projects…

To start off, I trim white card stock to 4″x 5.25″ as the front panel. Apply Distress Oxide inks with mini ink blending tools and draw the lines with a white jelly pen. Draw a hexagon with a pencil and score the lines with a bone folder. Fussy cut the hexagon along the diagonals and turn the triangles inside out. Stencil the radiatibg rays with Squzzed Lemonade Distress Oxide ink on A2 card base. Adhere the front panel to A2 card base with foam tape. Then color the stamped image with Copic markers, cut it out with the coordinating die and adhere to the card base with foam tape as show.

Supplies:
My Favorite Things
Stitched Hexagon
Radiating Rays
Mama Elephant
Tiny Ninjas

Thanks for spending some time with me
I hope you can head on over to the CC&S blog to enter the challenge and to see more inspiration from the awesome team.
