Today I am sharing a card created for the second challenge in March at Make My Monday.
Caz is our host of this challenge, and the theme is

Going Round in Circles

Here is my creation…

For the background, I stamped the bubbles with several premium dye inks.
For the characters, I colored them with Copics and a white jelly pen.
