Hello there!
We were celebrating Lunar New Year last weekend and I have been busy preparing the celebration for two weeks. So…I have been far away from my crafty room for weeks! I am so glad to be back!
It’s the third Tuesday in February, we are having a new color challenge at CAS Colours & Sketches.
This week our hostess, Patricia, has come up a beautiful color combination of spring to inspire us. (tap the figure below for the details at CC&S)
I decide to create a birthday card for my hubby’s students.
Here is how I’ve used the color combo…
- Create a top-fold A2 card base and adhere the black stripes patterned paper on the bottom.
- Stamp, color and die cut the monsters.
- Arrange and layer the monsters with double sided tapes and foam tapes on the card base.
- Adhere doodles eyes on the monster in front.
Thank you for spending some time with me.
I hope you can head on over to the CC&S blog to enter the challenge and to see more inspiration from the awesome Design Team.
Such a fun card!
